Kent organised a stand offering promotional items and information, mechanical bull riding contests and digital consumer campaigns prior to each show where entrants could win a trip for two to Dallas and Fort Worth.
A Consumer and Trade-Focused Week of Events
This week was planned for in May 2020 where a group of Artists were booked to play at Sydney venues and integrate with the Annual Dallas and Fort Worth Sales Mission.
Additionally, the Artists were to play sets at Sydney Meatstock. Dallas and Fort Worth co-sponsored two Artists to perform at the Visit USA Expos in February 2020 in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to promote these Sydney May Concerts and Meatstock.
Unfortunately, the events were cancelled due to Covid 19.
DFW Airport and Cities Trade Mission
Kent Marketing organised a roundtable discussion at the U.S. Consul's Residence in Sydney. Senior Executives from Qantas, American Airlines, major Travel Agency Executives, plus Executives from Brisbane and Sydney Airports attended. The event was moderated by Damian Francis, Head of Content at Mumbrell. Additionally, Kent arranged for the Delegation to Visit Brisbane for a Roundtable session including Graham Turner, Flight Centre Co-Founder and CEO together with Heads of their major brands and marketing.
Following the Visit USA Expos, Dallas and Fort Worth Executives plus Lucy Rowe from our Sydney Office flew to Auckland for a series of one day events which included an inspection of an American Airlines Boeing Dreamliner at Auckland Airport followed by an Agent update held at Holiday Inn Airport Hotel. Later in the day Senior Trade and Airline Executives were invited to a Tex Mex Cooking School experience which included briefings from AA and the Cities. This was coordinated in conjunction with American Airlines.
Kent has also participated in Qantas' Best of the USA Trade Day for Australian and New Zealand Travel Agents to feature DFW Airport, Dallas and Fort Worth and also for Travel South USA.
